Cancellations

The price we charge for window cleaning at a property does not include any allowance to absorb cancellations. Of course, cancellations do happen however, if we spot patterns or regularity in cancellations, we do actively look to swap out the job for one that will provide us with more economic stability. Many of our valued customers make a contribution towards a clean that they have to cancel or add a monetary tip on top of the following clean as a nod to the loss that the cancellation has caused and also the increased time/resources in cleaning after a double gap. We thank you for taking this information into account, doing so will help preserve you place on our cleaning portfolio in the long run and helps us do our job with a smile on our face.
