Cancellations

The price we charge for window cleaning does not include any allowance to absorb cancellations. Of course, cancellations do happen, however, if we spot a regularity in cancellations, we then actively look to swap out the job for one that will provide us with more economic stability. Some of our valued customers add a monetary tip on top of the following payment after a cancellation. This serves as a nod to the financial loss that the cancellation has caused and the greater time and increase in resources used in cleaning after a double gap. Informing us the reason for a cancellation as well as keeping in mind the above factors will help preserve your place on our cleaning portfolio.​​​​​
